I paid for a year using Paypal, credit card payment method, got confirmation e-mail verifying my premium membership. My credentials don't work when trying to download the bots (and yes I am using all lowercase characters for the username), what am I supposed to do now?

I finally was able to download, but I am getting the "Account Expired" event though I paid for the year via PayPal.
