  • Payment accepted, can't download still... : General Discussion Area

I paid for a year using Paypal, credit card payment method, got confirmation e-mail verifying my premium membership. My credentials don't work when trying to download the bots (and yes I am using all lowercase characters for the username), what am I supposed to do now?

Your account is active. Try using lowercase username.

Just checked your account, its ready to go.

Make sure you have lowercase username.

Yeah it's not accepting my login.
Is there a particular amount of time you must wait before being able to download the bots?

No, usually instant. I flushed the log, see if that fixed it.

I finally was able to download, but I am getting the "Account Expired" event though I paid for the year via PayPal.
