Chimera - Advanced Hotkeys Plugin

Currently supports:
1 Key combinations (shift-1, etc)
2 Casting Time (and holding down the key)
3 Cooldown Time
4 Move into X range
5 Face the target
6 Player HP (only cast if player hp is between x and y)
7 Target HP (only cast if target hp is between x and y)
8 Chain cast (press hotkeys in specific order, back to back)
