Just curious why immediately my AV flags this as a trojan virs right away for the BDO download?

Trojan: Win32/Dynamer!ac is what is coming on the bdo zip file i paid 30 bucks for

If you look up that error, its because the program is encrypted.

if you scan the forums, you will see its a false positive.

Have to add an exception for your AV program.
