hey , ive paid everything is processed and ive received the email with my login details , I can login to the page , but not when I download the bdo bot . please help me

unlike your title, your username needs to be lowercase when logging into one of the bots.. eg.. if you signed up with a username as MyUsErName, you would login with myusername. :P

yeah username was lower case . everything should be right

I just changed my password and used lower case and that worked .. thankyou for ur help

Hmm.. that's weird.. usually it takes a little while for things to solidify.. perhaps that was the original issue, and changing your password just made it save it faster xD
