Added options for defining aggro detection threshold via options/attacking OR patrol/target/aggro range.

All Bots:
- Bugfix: Fixed some cases where the bot would ignore the ignore flag and/or melee ranges.
- Bugfix: Pause task, was still stopping (if pausing more than 1 second) - Use Task:Rest if you want to stop movement.
- Tweak: Player detection turned off by default
- Tweak: Removed spam for player detection
- Tweak: Misc performance tweaks
