i have same problem here... i cant download gw2 and tera bots :(
i tryed with lowercase

Sometimes.. it can take a couple of hours for it to process. You are premium, I just checked.

having this same problem. entering everything in correctly but it just tells me unauthorized or browser doesnt know how to send the info. I can log onto the forums but no able to download

It can take up to 4 hours for paypal to send confirmations.

Hi,

Having problems logging in (even with all lowercase and case sensitive password) to download the bots.

Just paid about 30 mins ago with paypal confirmation. Should I just wait longer?

Yes, I have seen it take up to 4 hours before.
