I have fixed the background mode for the Injected Plugin (see the plugins forum on details for downloading and installing).
With this plugin you can do other things while the gw2 bot is running in the background. It also has a slight improvement while botting as the targeting is also injected for speed. Let me know if you have any problems with this patch.

PS.. Rez waypoints are now working with this patch as well. You can add a rez point in the patrol area of the guild wars 2 bot. Its in the Misc tab. Just teleport to a waypoint.. and click set in the GW2 bot. Then save. Be sure to test it out just to be sure it was set correctly. It can take a few seconds to find the waypoint after you click set.. so give it atleast 10 seconds before you start freaking out its not working.
