  • unable to download bot : General Discussion Area

Hi, I made payment using my debit card on the 1st dec 2012 but on the 4th dec 2012, the bill came to me deducting the amount twice. Please take a look at it and advise on how do i get the 2nd charges amount back?

I also were not able to download the bot after trying it today.

Use lowercase username when downloading.

if you paid with an eCheck.. it will take 10 days for it to clear paypal and notify the server.

If you can post on the forums, you have access to download the bot. :)
Be sure to use all lowercase forr your username...

i tried with all lowercase and still unable to download the bot. authentication failed.

Your account was banned, I dont have the details.. spamming, trolling, who knows. But I can only unlock it once. After that its perm.

I unlocked it.
