I've been having trouble downloading the bot from the site. I've got forums access (as you can see) and I used a credit card (thru paypal) to pay, not an e-check.

I've seen that people were having trouble with case in the username and password - although I've double checked and that doesn't seem to be the issue here. I'm using all lower case for my user name, and am mindful that the password IS case sensitive, however still am not able to get past the members only login screen.

I'll check back tomorrow and see if anything's been resolved, I'll also send a PM with the info i'm trying to input into the field.

Can't wait to try the software out

Try dissabling your antivirus and see if it makes a difference.

Can't download either, got email confirmation of login and password as well as receipt from Paypal. I can log into my membership, but when I try to login to download it wont let me.

Is there a waiting period or am I just not getting all the info?

I have done the same thing and running into same problem. Can not download anything from the download page. My account when logged is showing as Premium member but still not able to download. I have tried changing password and also changing emails. But still not allowing to download. Help would be appreciated.

Also check to see if your account was paid with an eCheck (it will show up on paypal as a pending purchase) until the check clearars.

If that still fails, send me a PM and I can check further.
