  • HELP! Can't download my bot. : General Discussion Area

I just created my premium acct, Paypal payment was made. Confirmation was received, I can log into the site no problem, But when I got to download link it won't accept my username and password, Yes I made sure username was all lowercase. Thanks for your help.

Did you pay with an eCheck?

If so, it can take up to 2 weeks for it to clear paypal.

NVM, your account shows as fully active.

Make sure you are using the same login / pass as the forums, and make sure the username is all lowercase.

But the password IS CASE sensitive.

Yeah it's still not letting me in.. I followed what you have said on other posts about the lower case ID and pw is same as i type it.. well payment went through 56 minutes ago.... So still waiting for that hour.. lol

this is just messed up, I have tried 3 bots today and each one I ither cant download or can't get activation code. Now I get to wait the long time for a refund

Your account is active, I just tested it.

Make sure you are logging in with all lowercase.

Same here, just keeps asking for username and password.

Please use a lowercase username. But your password is case sensitive.
