I just paid for the yearly subscription via PayPal. When I go to download a product, despite being logged in to MMOViper, I am prompted to resubmit my credentials via a popup window. When I enter the same login information as I do for the site itself, nothing happens. Is this normal? If so, what am I doing wrong? If not, what needs to be done to fix it?

Be sure to enter ALL LOWERCASE username... your password however is case sensitive.

I have the same problem and I am sure I entered the username and password correctly

I verified your account is working, just be sure you are entering in all lowercase your username.

@toku, your account is active, and I tested it to login.

Just make sure you are logging in with a lowercase username.

I have verified your account has access.

WHen logging in to download, make sure you use ALL LOWERCASE for your username.

I'm also having the exact same problem, I entered everything in lowercase too.

Try turning off antivirus, firewall, etc.

I just joined and I seem to be having the same problem. I Have entered my username in lowercase even copied and pasted from the email but nothing. Turned off Firewall and didn't work turned off AV and also didn't work.
