First time user - but - I know how to read

Windows error message upon startup of exe:

Viper Bot Loader has stopped working
windows can....
check online
close program

I have turned off DEP
.net is updated
I have tried compatability mode
and have set up to run as admin

Win Vista 64b
8G ram, etc etc

Any ideas?

Have you tried disabling UAC?

In Vista you should not have to mess with DEP unless you have changed it from the default, that is mostly for Windows 7 useres.

it turns out that DEP needed to be on - weird... but hey, it works.

BTW - I love this bot! initial setup is not for the faint hearted, but not that bad really

feature suggestion: automate workorders for crafting! - this would make my day!
