-- Tweak: No longer removes targets if aggro is disabled

-- Bugfix: Fixed some older fucntions Teleport, Close Chat Bubble etc.

Fulfilled a LOTRO request to have it patrol with no aggro response.. so they could macro spamming keys at nearby mobs. So pushed lotro also!
