I have entered in my username and password correctly. Username is lowercase as it told me. It just doesn't work.

Problem solved. I saw in another forum post that someone reset their password and it worked.. so i did the same. Now I can download. Thanks though.

I'm having the same problem, i have reset my pass and it still seems to not work :/ Need some help

If you just signed up it can take up to 2 hours for the downloads to activate
