I can not log in to download. My username does not have any uppercase characters and I know I input the correct password. Need help

just like the mod said, try to wait a couple hours after the initial purchase. It works for me now.

ALso Cant log in to download. Using lowercase and correct password.

How long has it been? It can take up to like 4 hours somtimes. Also make sure you did not pay with an eCheck.. paypal will take abou 7-10 days to clear those.

I'm having this issue as well. I just signed up, used PayPal with a credit card... pay pal sent me my receipt, but i still don't have access.

Edit: It fixed itself now. Looks like there's a delay for some people. Works great!

Maybe check your password? Only the username is lowercase.

having the same issue here cant log in to download.

@stup, your account is fully activated. Sometimes it takes an hour or two for paypal to send confirmations and get activated.
