I have sent payment for premium account from paypal and payment has been received via paypal. Yes I realize my password is case sensitive and I know I am typing it correctly. And I do know that I do have caps in my password. So please someone look at this and fix the problem. I would appreciate the help.

Its the same login as you used to login to the forums.

make sure you are logging in with a lowercase username.

I am having the same problem.
I have just joined and paid via paypal, I can log into the forum and read premium only post.
But I cannot login to download the bot, I have enter the same username and password as I used to login to the forum.
all lowercase as well.

I guess I am just one more of the unfortunates that can't seem to download anything, but we paid and everything else!

Turn off your antivirus before you download.

If it gives an error message, send that too.

Oh, and be sure you are using a lowercase username. Your password is case sensitive however.

Please wait, paypal seems to take about 2-3 hours before they send confirmations. If you still dont have access after that, feel free to bump thread.
