There were quite a few bugs related to harvesting.

These included things like harvesting wrong type, and getting stuck in an infinite loop
Not harvesting at all
Lists not being reset between launches/patrols, etc.

Hopefully it is atleast working as good if not better than it was before at lotro harvesting/lotro gathering.
