You have to have .net installed. This comes with win7 and most games.

If you do not have it or yours is corrupted, you can try re-downloading it from microsoft.

Just google .net framework.

I've just signed up and am also unable to download. I'll make sure i used all lowercase - but im sure i did.

Never mind its working now, seems like it takes 1-2 hours for server to update or something.

Your account is fully active. Be sure you are using a lowercase username.

I just tested downloading with your account and it downloaded fine.

Hello, having the same problem as the guys before me.

I tried copy pasting my id/pass as stated in the confirmation email. Also tried changing my password twice one with numbers and one without. Still can't login could you please have a look into it?
