Trying to download but it will not let me login for the download and says wrong info. I paid an am able to log into the forums fine, please help

i have just recently paid for the premium membership and am having the same issues with downloading the files, i have tried the lowercase username and everything that i can think of, any ideas

Also ordered the premium package and it's a no-go on the download as well. Tried lowercase username, altered firewall settings, multiple browsers and multiple operating systems. Any help is appreciated.

If you paid with an eCheck, then the access will not activate until the eCheck clears paypal. Usually takes 2 weeks.

Hello, I paid with paypal via credit but I noticed that while i am able to log in to the site i am not activated for download. Any idea how long of a delay there is between paying and being able to download the program?? thank you

Its usually instant.

However, if you paid with a eCheck, it can take up to 2 weeks.

If that is not the case, send me a PM with the paypal transaction ID or email and I'll try to find out what happened. Sometimes paypal just buggers out and I have to process it manually.

Same problem here. I paid with Paypal today, can access all forums and so, user panel display me ok with yearly subscription but cannot access the download section.

When did you purchase? It can take up to 2 hours for paypal to send the confirmation..

normally everything is instant with paypal, sometimes you do need to reload you're browser or give it some time.
