I to entered all of my data correctly and am not able to download

i am having the same issues as he is/was. user name is in lowercase

Your password IS Case sensitive.. so if you entered capitol letters in your pass you have to reenter them.

my username and password is exactly way it shows on my confirmation page and still not working???

@lawlor04, I reset your account, give it another go.

want to try resetting mine as well. having similar issues. btw i am using lower case and even copy/pasted from the membership info email sent to me.

I tested with your account, jumpa and downloaded just fine, make sure you use a lowercase username.

@meatwad72, your username IS ALL LOWERCASE, but if you used capitols in your pass you must user them again.

Your account is active, make sure your username is all lowercase, and your password looks like it has some numbers in it.

I checked your account and it works fine.

I have tried to download LOTRO zip many times with no luck. I have double checked my registration e-mail and double checked my password and user name. The user name is lower case, the password is in lower and upper with numbers and symbols. I have checked all of these and I know I have entered them correctly. Is there a wait period before I can download?

Your password is very difficult, check it again and make sure you are entering it correctly.

Are you getting a invalid username message? Or is it somethng different?
