Hi I'm having problem downloading the Viper bot for Aion,
I paid for the monthly subscription already... but it keep asking me for my user name and password.. plz help

Make sure your username is all lowercase. Only the password is multicase

Same thing happening here!! I have renew my Acc, then go to the download section. A box pop out, need to Key in ID and PWD, it doesnt work !!!! Why it always seem so complicated !!

126kisser: it can take up to an hour or 2 sometimes to be able to download when you first sign up depending on when the server updates itself.
