I just paid for the yearly subscription via PayPal. When I go to download a product, despite being logged in to MMOViper, I am prompted to resubmit my credentials via a popup window. When I enter the same login information as I do for the site itself, nothing happens. Is this normal? If so, what am I doing wrong? If not, what needs to be done to fix it?

Be sure to enter ALL LOWERCASE username... your password however is case sensitive.

I verified your account is working, just be sure you are entering in all lowercase your username.

WHen logging in to download, make sure you use ALL LOWERCASE for your username.

I'm also having the exact same problem, I entered everything in lowercase too.

Try turning off antivirus, firewall, etc.

I just joined and I seem to be having the same problem. I Have entered my username in lowercase even copied and pasted from the email but nothing. Turned off Firewall and didn't work turned off AV and also didn't work.

I verified you have full access rushifaa.
