Viper Authentication fail

Each time I try to Authenticate my MMOVIPER for FFXIV it brings up on top "1.<font face="Arial" size=2>. I tried looking on forum for solution, but I hate searching through continuous forums to find the solution.

Is the server having issues right now or it on the programming?

The viper login server is back up, but please be aware, it will be up and down during the day as we make other changes.

Cannot login because of the fail message as you said before.

Like the Admin said, the server is gonna keep going up and down throughout the day. kinda sucks.

Is that why we're getting that message? The website works, and my friends account works.
