i can log in but when i try to download anything a little window pops up ans asks for my username and password. so i type it in ( all lowercase) like it says and it just keeps repeating and if i hit cancel it says invalid? Can anyone help me out with this?

nvm just tried again this after noon and it works. idk why it didn't last night.
