Hi. I've searched through the forums trying to find an answer. I just registered and payed for the yearly subscription and can't download anything. And yes, I entered in lowercase. Is access to the downloads need to be manually done by the admin? To clarify for everyone, after I pay the yearly subscription, do I get access immediately to the downloads or do I need to wait for someone to manually update my account to be able to download? Thanks.

It is supposed to be instant, but we have had reports of it taking a few hours.
