Can you setup the use of items such as potions and scrolls.

scrolls of battle lore for example and hope tokens to be triggered after every cooldown during your patrol?

I know the client can detect cool downs for skills but can it for items as well?

Item cooldowns are currently not working.

Once they are, then yes they can be used.
