if you can access the forums you can download. Make sure you are using all lowercase for your username.

I also have the same problem. I use all lower case for both user name and password to log in but it fail to get through. It is very fustrated, pls help.

vkhiew: sometimes it can take an hour or 2 after signing up to be able to download, it just depends on when the server updates itself
