im alrdy a member, and i cant download anything, im using my login and pass at download page but keep asking me it over and over... =/

lowercase username when you login.

mixed case for your password.

I'm having the same problem. i even changed my password a few times to try it with caps in it and without caps in it. nothing is working and my user name is in lowercase

It can take up to 4 hours for the automated system to sync up for the download.
