It can take 2-3 hours sometimes for the authentication program to update.

Having the same issue, can't download , won't accept the name / password even though i'm logged in here just fine.

I cannot download a bot either. I bought a lifetime membership which my account still shows. I haven't logged on in a year or so. Yes, I'm using lowercase username and password, the same that works to log into these forums.

You purchased a lifetime to the lotro bot. Way back in 2008. It was for lotro only. And you still have access to download and run the lotro bot.

Yes, its the lotro bot that I'm trying to download. When I put in my username and password for the download it doesn't work. The box just pops up again.

Hello! I just purchased a premium account and the payment has already been sent, but I am having the same issue. I am able to log in to the forum (well cause I am posting lol), but when I try to download the FFXIV bot, it will not let me, I enter my username all lowercase and my password, but the screen just prompts for the login and password again, please help. I want to be able to try this bot out within the first 24 hours, but I can't even use it.

It can take up to 4 hours for the download manager to sync with the forums.

I'm using all lower case aswell, I cna loggin fine, but when i download the password/username popup keeps coming.
