Is it DX9 only or something, I get a failed to run assembly on startup. UAC off, reinstalling net atm.

With UAC off you may need to reboot after you changed it.

Also your antivirus can cause it to say that too, might turn it off while viper is running.

can not seem to use it to find nodes as in relics, and class nodes. Is there a way?

Once it is full background mode it should support multiboxing.
