Same problem and YES i know username is all lowercaps and YES I know password is case sensitive... Same problem as stated above...

hello, I am having the very same issue...if it is instant then I am having the error, but paypal took the money from my account.

Yea dunno why it does it. Paypal takes about 2-3 hours before they send confirmations. Ticks me off too as I have to handle the threads about it. But your account is showing as active now.

Just remember to use all lowercase when entering user name.

3 hours and 2 minutes exactly and the download worked.. Hopefully this helps people that have this problem!

It can take up to 4-5 hours for it to complete. Your account shows as premium as of now.

Give it time. It can take up to 4 hours for paypal to process it.
