For some odd reason, I was charged twice for 1 yearly subscription.

Is there anybody I can contact for further assistance (other than Paypal, who I plan to if I can't find anybody here)?

Note: I have two subscription creations noted in my Paypal transaction history, one of which seriously shouldn't be there in the first place.
