GW2:
- Added: Added saving a teleport waypoint in PatrolArea->Misc
- Tweak: Bot will only rez if you have a saved rez waypoint
- Tweak: Bot will now fight mobs with less than 100% hp.


Vendoring should be next.. I've already started the code.. :)
