I am the Korea server users.

Payment and downloaded.
I can not use.
Why?

Please refund or remote support...

If you just downloaded, it can take a couple of hours for the bot authorization to allow you to download.

I have not tested on the korean ffxiv servers, they might need a update. I know the chinese server needs a update, and I am working on it now.

Only got windows 10 support going. EZ time will go in hopefully first patch afterwards.
