MMOViperBot Version 2.1.4.9 will add huge improvements for the fishing bot!

@Viper thanks for the suggestion for adding Rest between WorldNav waypoints. It seemed to work perfectly fine today, I had no issues! I'll be eagerly waiting for the new patch to provide more suggestions/feedback if I notice anything!

I've hit top 30 fishers with this fishing-bot since initial bot release and I plan on helping its growth with feedback!

Most of my issues were these:
- Bugfix: UseInventoryItem was trying to use 0 durability items
- Bugfix: Fixed bug causing Fishing rod changes to use wrong item.
- Bugfix: SellAllTradeItems was bugged on first use.
- Bugfix: RepairAllEquipment was bugged on first use.

I can't wait to try out the new version!
