FFXIV 1.19 and ViperBot

With the latest 1.19 patch, there are lots of changes, these may require some of the ffxiv bot to be adjusted to work smoothly.

The biggest change that I saw that I really am looking forward to is the mp regen when standing still.

So the features already included in viper should work automatically like the rest to MP.
