Waypoint trouble

#1 Post by pjplayer »

I setup some patrols, but I'm having some problems.

After recording a long patrol (300-400 waypoints) using the auto-add feature, the way points get lost. They are saved to the XML file, but when I load them, they aren't displayed in the waypoint list. Then, if i try to start the patrol, I get the "going to far away" message.

If i unload the app and restart it seems to work better, but in general it doesn't.

Make sure you are using a line patrol if you do not go back very close to your start point. Also you may get this problem if you overlap your patrol.

I was using a 'circle' and I made sure I went back to the beginning. But I very likely crossed over the route. I has success last night with it and that route likely didn't cross over.

I'm still having an interface isue with displaying the nodes, I'll repro it and send you the steps.
