Request Thread - Week of 10.6

Here we are again..

What do you want to see added to the bot/website, etc. Bugs? Features? Lemme know..


Here is what we got accomplished last week:

GENERAL:
-Added: All logs are now stored in the Logs folder
- Bugfix: Fixed some bugs in stuck code, working better now.
-Added: If you create a patrol with Zero hotspot.. the bot will act as an "assist" bot.
-Tweak: Radar now shows dead names (was hiding some objects because it thought they were dead)
- Bugfix: Stuck detection working much better.
-Added: If you create a patrol with Zero hotspot.. the bot will act as an "assist" bot.
It will only respond to battles, but will not move the player around.

GW2:
- Added: Added saving a teleport waypoint in PatrolArea->Misc
- Tweak: Bot will only rez if you have a saved rez waypoint
- Tweak: Bot will now fight mobs with less than 100% hp.
-Bugfix: Fixed some random crash bugs
-Bugfix: Updated broken offsets
-Tweak: Log now scrolls downwards
-Tweak: Unstuck should work much better now
-Added: On death, will teleport to nearest waypoint

LOTRO:
-Added: Updated to 2.0 base.
-Tweak: Unstuck should work much better now
- Bugfix: Fixed some bugs in stuck code, working better now.
- Bugfix: Archer Herald pets now being detected properly (maybe others)
- Tweak: Improved speed for assisting pets.

SWTOR:
- Bugfix: Security Chests will now show up as "Clickable Object" (better than nothing)
- Bugfix: Harvesting working again!!!
- Added: Can now rest MP in reverse (Bounty Hunter)
This works by setting the Rest TO MP to a lower number than the Rest AT MP.

ROM:
- Added: Upgraded to 2.0 interface
- Bugfix: Fixed camera not moving with player
- Bugfix: Misc fixes associated with latest patch.

Here is what I have ready for GW2.. as of today. (not pushed out yet)

-Added: Ground Target spells working now.


What else do you want? Be specific, include game, suggestions on how to accomplish what you are wanting.

Swtor target aoe

For example
Orbital strike and death from above

The ones you need to place the cursor then click again

And/or

Sniper crouch
Sniper doing circles when more than 1 enemy

For LOTRO:

Ability to blacklist nodes.
Use bot for skirmishes.
Ability to have conditional branching. For example if X then run Y patrol. Or, if X then goto Y hotspot.
Sell to Vendor.
Mining/Gathering while mounted.

Email Function

I've run other bots (World of Warcraft/Eve Online) where it emails you for events.

ie. if someone whispers you, the bot sends you an email so you can go respond.
ie. at trouble, i'm stuck, i've shutdown, someone is following us, etc.

All you have to do is have the user input their mail server info, offer a test email function, and some checkboxes for what events to email on.

If you want to make a few extra bucks viper, offer a mail server with an alternate port number for like $10/year since standard ports are filtered by some internet providers.

The safety is the most important thing. Nobody would like to lose his character, in which he invested many hours/days/weeks etc.. of playing time. So here is few important security suggestion...

- warning/option for variant event (whispers, others contact with U, following, GM teleporting, paranoid mode, etc..)
- auto reply in chat
- stuck counter with logout option
- adjustable sound warnings

These things are rather important to get into separate section on the head side even. You are working even let it be possible to change it meanwhile without a reset.

I would have to agree....an better notification system would be nice.

auto respond - have a section where you can type something and it will auto reply. Maybe you can type "keywords" and assign auto responses to them.
text message - maybe a system that could text your phone (of course a verification would be needed so people dont text the wrong numbers)
email system - get an email on events.... again... a verification would be needed so you cannot spam people

auto logout/login based off various events. Get a certain keyword sent to you in a tell...you can respond and log off. Or maybe a certain amount of events happen in a given amount of time. For instance, you could have 5 players following you within 5 minutes...you logout. You can have people send you 3 tells from same person, or maybe 5 tells from various people and you would respond....then logout. Then a timer to log you back in and continue the patrol? Just an idea

Fundamental problem, that as soon as somebody directed by the bot looks at it onto a character sees the successors immediately.
The set waypoints stoppage with frequency differing in his function, lag. So not continuous the motion.
The rotation directed by the cursor is not natural. The person who sees one like this, thinks of the baddest one immediately. Especially if he got onto some to the bots...
