Upgraded account to 4.95 and no change.

I upgraded my account and I have not seen a change in status nor can I download anything. I realize the hours are monday to friday but I've been told I should be able to download, still. Is this wrong or do I just need to wait even longer?

Be sure you are downloading with a lowercase username!!!

I download with lowercase username, but didnt work.
I have paid for the upgrade, but the account status is still basic.
