Cant download ?

Hello, i cant download the aoc radar when i try it ask for my username and pwd i write them ... and

Authorization Required

This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

Why ?

First make sure you are using your Viper user/pass and not your taultunleashed one. Then try entering your user as all lowercase, and pass and case sensitive.
