What about a crafting feature that will fire 2 actions, with the 1st one taking priority. For instance, at 53 crafters get the use of an action called Precise Touch, it has the same over all stats and CP costs as the lower Basic Touch however it adds an additional stack of Inner Quiet, which of cour...
