Yea I dont know why but sometimes it can take an hour or two before paypal sends the confirmation and get activation.

You cant have a : in your password. It will block the login to download because of a security measure we put in place. I removed the colon. Try to download now.

I think I have this fixed for future signups. So you can use colons in the future.
