weird no opus 4.8 yet here.

You give it very defined parameters so it does not read the whole codebase everytime.

I do that, and it mostly reads ONLY the files it needs using grep, but it eats 300-500k input tokens everytime

that is very weird... i use github copilot in vs2026. sometimes it using powershell and try wrong or linux commands to do something. then im getting errors, ask him why doing that... next comes "you are write, i need to use another commands for windows version". I mean wtf ...

in my project i have all splitted for if it need to seaching, it will search smaller files.

I have access, I have been going over documentation I created for specs and plans. Getting them reviewed and it is doing amazing and finding holes in my plans for future work.
