Check your UAC settings, set to disabled. Some older OS seems to have problem with license.

It can also be caused by the computer date/time not being set to the right time.

disabled it, my tima and date are right.

Your license key has expired. The program will automatically download a new license key when you login only once every 4 hour.20001

After resetting the UAC, you prob just need to reboot the system. Let me know if that fixed it.

I am still getting this issue. I do not have UAC enabled, my time and date is correct. What else must be done?

Not sure exactly why it is happening on new updates with some systems. But keys should clear out every couple of hours.

Can you get in now?

There is a problem though it never downloads a new license. This error just loops every time I authenticate.

Sounds like your antivirus is still blocking it from writing to the system registry.

The only other cause, would be your system clock is not set to the correct time.

Wasn't antivirus or UAC or Time either. Woke up this morning and it gave me the error once but then re-launched the authentication screen > I logged in > and it must have finally re-issued me a new license because its working now.

I suggest if anyone else gets this just go grab a beer relax and get some sleep. When you wake up well rested the next day it will be working hopefully.... That's what I did. I cant say the beer resolved my issue but it sure helped calm my Viper withdraws.
