Neverwinter Online Bot:
- Bugfix: working with latest version
- Bugfix: harvesting nodes now closes the loot window and correctly takes all items

Harvesting nodes should work much better now. It should properly close the take all window and keep on going.

Updated to 2.0.5.8 to fix a bug where the bot would get out of combat early.
