I want to upgrade to Premium. I have an PayPal account and money on it, but no credit card.

If i use the link, the only way to pay in PayPal is with an credit card, though i have enough money on my PayPal account.
My question is: Can i pay in PayPal manually to the e-mail address mentioned in the link?

Yes the other way to upgrade your account without a credit card is to purchase the lifetime membership.
