hello guys. i seriously need some help here. my account got disabled after i made my payment. i cant download the bots..i have checked the Viperbot FAQ but it doesnt help.. >.<

:evil: same problem here after i made my payment which was about 3 hr ago, my account is still a basic membership n cannot download bot from the site.

PS: i have sent them my payment information but not thing change. :cry:

Your account was banned for 24 hours because 5 different IP's with your login tried to download the bot.

uhhh...not sure if its QUITE what yall are having problems with but to download the bot your username has to be lower-case letters, even if you made your account with upper case letters
