Login Problem!

So I frogot my password, the reason i can log in here is that I selected the remember me thing for Chrome. BU theproblem is when I select "Forgot your password" and then type in my email and the username it says no email/username could be found. I mean what the fuck, are you shitting me ?!

I currently have the following problem when trying to login. "The game was not found in memory. Please Restart when it is running", i've tried restarting the game and Viper several times, any recommendations? Thanks
