I signed up last night and then shortly after upgraded to premium, however I never recieved any email or anything explaining how my login would work to download the bot files. When I attempt to download the bot I'm asked to login and my forum login is not allowed access. Is there someone I can talk to about verifying my payment and granting me access?

remember your username is all lowercase and the password is case sensitive.

I am having the same problem and was told to PM PitViper. No response yet though. I ended up paying twice and the second time worked. Just waiting for them to refund my first purchase.
